Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of food production and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
• Ensure the highest quality of dishes are served to customers by maintaining high standards of food presentation, taste, and consistency
• Manage and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations while minimizing waste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area according to health and safety regulations
