Job summary

Accor is seeking a proactive hospitality procurement professional in Oman to coordinate purchasing for the kitchen and stewarding departments, working closely with the finance team to ensure cost targets are met and quality is preserved. The role includes supporting HR in interviewing candidates and developing department job descriptions.

You will monitor daily food costs, manage departmental expenses, and assist with promotions planning while aligning with budgeted targets and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality procurement and cost control.
• Ability to collaborate with F&B, HR, and Finance.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing for kitchen and stewarding with finance per hotel procedures.
• Conduct interviews for department roles with Human Resources and prepare job descriptions.
• Monitor daily food cost to meet monthly targets without compromising quality.
• Ensure departmental expenses align with budget and forecast.
• Schedule reviews and ensure payroll aligns with budgets.
• Coordinate promotions calendars with F&B and Sales/Marketing.
