• Familiarity with local cuisine preferred but not required.

• Oversee all aspects of the resort's food and beverage operations
• Create and implement menus that showcase local and international flavors
• Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered
• Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and banquets
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements
