Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you in Muscat is seeking a customer-focused counter sales representative to guide walk-in clients with electrical product knowledge. You will prepare quotations, invoices and process sales transactions while upholding excellent service.

Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of electrical materials, and ERP software experience. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred to serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical sales/counter sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and components.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable electrical products.
• Provide product knowledge on switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories, breakers, and related items.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
• Maintain customer relationships and report sales updates.
