Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you in Oman is seeking a counter sales professional to assist walk-in customers, provide electrical product guidance, and prepare quotations and invoices. You will handle sales transactions, promote products, coordinate with the warehouse for availability, and manage returns while delivering excellent customer service.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in electrical sales

Qualifications

Experience in electrical sales/counter sales preferred.
Knowledge of electrical materials and components.
Experience with billing software/ERP (ERPNext or Tally is an advantage).
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable electrical products.
Provide product knowledge on switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories, breakers, and related items.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate records.
Promote products and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
Maintain customer relationships and report sales updates.
