Job summary

Leading Edge in Muscat seeks an Account and Sales Manager for drilling waste management and fluids. You will manage key accounts, build relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and EPCs to drive sales growth in Oman's oil & gas sector.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing, 1+ years in sales/account management in O&G, and 2+ years in technical sales for DWM or drilling fluids. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing.
• 1+ years in sales/account management in O&G drilling.
• 2+ years in technical sales within DWM/DF.
• Strong relationships with O&G operators/contractors in Oman.
• Omani National is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and prospect new business in Oman’s drilling sector
• Develop sales strategies for drilling waste disposal and drilling fluid services
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client requirements are met
• Report sales performance and market trends to management
