Job summary

LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking an Account and Sales Manager to drive growth in Oman's drilling waste management and drilling fluids sectors. You will manage key accounts, build relationships with operators and EPCs, and lead proposals and contract negotiations.

The role emphasizes expanding market penetration, coordinating with operations, and reporting on performance and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in sales/account management in O&G drilling sector.
• 2+ years in technical sales within Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management and/or Drilling Fluids.
• Strong relationships with O&G operators/contractors in Oman.
• Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
• Omani National is Preferable

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and prospect new business in Oman's drilling sector.
• Develop sales strategies for drilling waste disposal and drilling fluid services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client requirements are met.
• Report sales performance and market trends to management
