Job summary

Leading Edge in Muscat, Oman seeks an Account and Sales Manager to lead growth in drilling waste management and drilling fluid solutions. You will build relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and EPCs to increase market penetration in Oman's oil & gas sector.

The role requires 1+ years in sales/account management within O&G drilling, 2+ years in technical sales for DWM/DF, and strong English communication with Arabic a plus. Oman national is preferable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in sales/account management in O&G drilling sector.
• 2+ years of technical sales in Drilling Waste Management or Drilling Fluids in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and prospect new business in Oman’s drilling sector.
• Develop sales strategies for drilling waste disposal and drilling fluid services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client requirements are met.
