Job summary

HCL TechBee in Oman seeks an IT Infrastructure/DR specialist with 2+ years hands-on experience. You will design, implement and support disaster recovery workflows, automate drill failovers, and develop custom reports across a heterogeneous environment.

Role requires scripting in Python, Ansible, Terraform, plus good knowledge of business continuity and recovery testing. Work involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure DR readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise on Infrastructure and DR, end-to-end configuration.
• Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in scripting and network protocols.
• Experience across IT infrastructure, networks, Windows, Linux, Unix.
• Ability to gather requirements and analyze business processes.
• Ability to automate drill failover management and build custom workflows.
• Experience in reporting and DR replication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts and implementation for DR readiness.
• Support RO tool delivery end to end.
• Monitor RO tool daily alerts and drive closures.
• Investigate shortfalls and improve RO tool performance.
• Coordinate with teams for DR activities and automation implementation.
• Understand Recovery & Resilience management lifecycle.
