Job summary

Saud Bahwan Group in Oman seeks an experienced Head of Infrastructure to lead and manage the organization's enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, scalability and operational efficiency.

You will oversee Networking, Systems, Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, IT Governance and Disaster Recovery; drive strategy, vendor management, budgeting, and large-scale transformation with strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Significant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management with leadership of large-scale environments.
Strong expertise in Networking, Systems, Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, IT Governance and Disaster Recovery.
Experience in vendor management, procurement, budgeting and project delivery.
Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead Networking, Systems, Data Center, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure and IT Operations.
Develop infrastructure strategy, architecture roadmaps and standards; ensure IT availability and cybersecurity.
Lead infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, procurement and infrastructure budgets.
Lead and develop infrastructure teams and drive operational excellence.
Ensure IT governance, risk management, compliance and audit readiness.
Drive infrastructure optimization, cost efficiency and technology lifecycle management.
