Job summary

Calo Oman Central Production Unit is seeking a Food Delivery Coordinator to act as the operational connector between dispatch, drivers, and customers. You will use your leadership and planning skills to maintain high satisfaction through efficient routes and strict safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of coordinator experience in high-volume delivery platforms and be an Oman national.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a coordinator in high-volume delivery platforms
• Must be an Omani national

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in alignment with Calo’s culture and brand values through clear communication
• Organize and verify route orders before they leave the kitchen
• Ensure deliveries move out on time with no operational setbacks
• Handle real time communication with drivers, such as last minute changes & delivery delays
• Act as the central communication between CX team and drivers concerning any updates of customers delivery
• Maintain routine due diligence checks, adhering to HACCP standards along with sanitation and safety protocols
