Oman Investment Authority seeks a seasoned Lead for Strategy and Performance within Corporate HSSE to drive governance, planning, and performance excellence across all HSSE disciplines. The role ensures alignment with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and organizational goals.

The position oversees performance analytics, data governance, and digital capabilities, while communicating HSSE priorities to executives to enable informed decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, project management, engineering or related discipline.
• Exceptional knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required). Arabic - Native (desirable). Minimum 10-12 years of experience in HSSE, planning, performance management, governance, business excellence, or organizational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead annual HSSE business planning and objective setting.
• Monitor HSSE KPIs, scorecards, and performance against targets.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support improvement initiatives.
• Lead CHSSE digital transformation and analytics initiatives.
• Develop high-quality HSSE performance reports and management presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement and capability building across CHSSE functions.
