Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks an expert in performance management and enterprise reporting to lead KPI governance and reporting governance for the Corporate Planning & Performance function in Muscat. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; post-graduate preferred.
• Professional finance qualification (CMA, CPA, ACCA) advantageous.
• 8+ years' experience in enterprise performance reporting, FP&A or related finance field.

Responsibilities

• Act as EMR subject-matter expert for enterprise performance management and KPI governance.
• Design and govern KPI architecture, framework, and reporting standards.
• Lead advanced variance analysis and executive performance reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and audit readiness across reporting cycles.
• Drive digitalisation and automation of reporting with BI and ERP tools.
