Job summary

OQ Exploration & Production is seeking an Expert Performance & Reporting to govern enterprise performance management and reporting within Corporate Planning & Performance. You will lead KPI architecture, improve reporting standards and drive data integrity for timely, decision-useful insights at the executive level.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or related finance disciplines, strong SAP/BI tools skills, and the ability to mentor teams while aligning with Omanisation objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Post-graduate degree preferred and a relevant professional finance qualification is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise performance reporting, FP&A or related finance discipline.
• Experience designing and governing performance-reporting frameworks and KPI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority on enterprise performance management and KPI governance.
• Design and continuously improve the performance-reporting framework and calendars.
• Own the corporate KPI architecture and data sources.
• Lead variance analysis and performance-driver analysis for executive reporting.
• Advise senior management on risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
