OQ in Oman is seeking a senior leader to head the Strategy & Performance function within Corporate HSSE, reporting to the VP of Corporate HSSE. You will drive performance management, governance, business planning, and digital transformation across all HSSE disciplines.

The role ensures HSSE planning, monitoring, analytics, and reporting are aligned with regulatory requirements and international best practices, guiding informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, PM, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of HSSE, planning, performance management, or organizational performance.
• Experience in digital transformation, performance analytics and executive reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead the annual HSSE business planning and objective-setting process.
• Establish and monitor HSSE KPIs, scorecards, leading and lagging indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and performance insights for decision-making.
• Oversee development of digital dashboards and real-time performance monitoring.
