Job summary

BrightHire in Muscat is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service and help ensure smooth hotel operations. You will be the first point of contact for reservations, inquiries and requests, greet and escort guests to rooms, and share information on local attractions and facilities.

In this role, you will also arrange transportation and handle any complaints or issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Based in Muscat, Oman for this role.
• English language proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be the first point of contact for reservations, inquiries and requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and inquiries, ensuring smooth operations.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about local attractions and facilities.
• Arrange transportation and address complaints or issues promptly.
