Concierge

As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Khasab Oman you will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting guests with their needs and inquiries
• Making reservations and recommendations for local attractions
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby area
• Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes

Ideal Candidate

As an ideal candidate you should have excellent communication skills be able to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
