Job summary

BrightHire in Muscat is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service and help ensure smooth hotel operations. You will be the first point of contact for reservations, inquiries and requests, greet and escort guests to rooms, and share information on local attractions and facilities.

In this role, you will also arrange transportation and handle any complaints or issues with a positive attitude.

As a Concierge in Muscat you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel You will be the first point of contact for guests assisting with reservations inquiries and requests Your duties will also include greeting and escorting guests to their rooms providing information about local attractions and facilities arranging transportation and handling any complaints or issues that may arise To excel in this role you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required As this is a customer-facing role proficiency in English is essential Knowledge of other languages would be an asset This position does not include accommodation therefore preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Muscat
