Job summary

MapleGroves is seeking a Concierge in Muscat, Oman to deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests and be the primary contact for guest needs during their stay.

You will assist with reservations, transportation, and local information, while supporting check-in/check-out and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.

Qualifications

• Indian nationality preferred.
• No English language skills required.
• Ability to work without prior experience in a similar role.
• Must have own visa to work in Oman.
• Minimum of 12th grade education.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Book reservations for restaurants, spa treatments and other activities as requested by guests.
• Arrange transportation for guests to local attractions or airport transfers.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge about the local area and make recommendations for dining, entertainment and sightseeing options.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
