Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
Experience
- 12–15 years of progressive commercial experience.
- Minimum 5 years in senior commercial management or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
- Strong experience leading sales and commercial operations across domestic and international markets.
- International export experience is essential.
- Experience in seafood, FMCG, food manufacturing or a related consumer products environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with private-label manufacturing, retail and/or foodservice channels is preferred.
- Proven experience developing distributors, strategic customers and international partnerships.
