Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust leasing strategy for revenue generation from commercial properties and malls.
• Maintain oversight of leasing activities to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee mall operations including retail leasing terms and tenancy occupancy.
• Negotiate terms for tenancy issuance, renewals and terminations.
• Plan mall layout and floor space with Mall Manager to attract footfall.

Job Description

• Develop andimplement a robust leasing strategy for revenue generation from commercialproperties and malls in line with the overall strategic objectives
• Maintain oversightof the leasing activities to ensure the respective properties/malls have theoptimal occupancy for enhanced revenue generation
• Oversee themanagement of mall operations including retail leasing terms, tenancy occupancyrates against targets etc. whilst ensuring customer/tenant satisfaction at alltimes
• Participate innegotiations with tenants to secure favourable terms for issuance, renewals andtermination of tenancy contracts
• Work with the MallManager to plan mall layout and floor space and implement suitable strategiesfor creating, attracting and increasing footfall to the commercial propertiesand mall centres
• Providemaintenance resources to assist WUJHA in handover and initial management of thecompleted units until they are ready to be taken over by the Owners’Association
• Maintain oversightof the facilities management of the commercial properties and mall centres toensure all areas are clean, visually appealing and in working order whilst ensuring QHSEguidelines are adhered to at all times
• Work closely with the CMC teams and Finance department to ensure anycollections/outstanding monies are recovered in a timely and efficient manner
• Explore and pursue opportunities for cost and resource optimisation andcontinuous improvement
• Participate in the Investment Committee to support evaluation ofinvestment opportunities and business decision making
• Oversee preparation and management of documentation and preparemanagement reports (periodic or adhoc) as required
• Set and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluateindividual performance, providing regular feedback and coaching in line withgood people management practices
