Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts seeks an accomplished MICE sales professional to drive Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events across the cluster. Based at Al Baleed Resort Salalah By Anantara, you will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and maximize group and event revenue for the cluster.

The role requires proactive client engagement, conducting sales calls and site inspections, preparing proposals, and collaborating with respective hotel teams to ensure seamless delivery

Qualifications

• MICE sales experience or related hospitality sales experience (inferred from role)
• Strong client relationship management
• Proposal writing and sales presentation abilities
• Site inspection coordination and event logistics

Responsibilities

• Drive MICE business across the cluster
• Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts
