Job summary

Avanta Works in Salalah, Oman is seeking a motivated Hotel Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, at least 3 years in hotel sales, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

• Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
