Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts seeks a driven MICE Sales professional to lead Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events across the cluster, based at Al Baleed Resort Salalah.

You will develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, coordinate site visits, and prepare compelling proposals to maximize group and event revenue across all properties.

Responsible for driving MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) business across the cluster by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maximizing group and event revenue across all cluster properties. The role will proactively identify and convert MICE opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, conduct sales calls and site inspections, prepare proposals, and work closely with the respective hotel teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and achievement of cluster sales targets.
