Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Bell Captain to lead the Bell and Door teams, acting as an ambassador at the resort entrance and lobby. The role ensures guest arrivals, departures, luggage handling, and escorts are executed with efficiency, safety and genuine hospitality in line with Rosewood standards.

The Bell Captain supervises Bell Attendants and Doormen, plans assignments, coordinates with Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge and Airport Representatives to deliver a seamless ultra-luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a luxury hotel operations role.
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and oversee entrance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bell Captain and Bell Attendants to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Greet guests warmly and manage luggage handling, escorts, and door operations.
• Monitor entrance cleanliness, grooming, and professional presentation of staff.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to plan VIP arrivals and group events.
• Maintain safety, security, and luggage control procedures and record keeping.
• Communicate operational updates to the Chief Concierge / Duty Manager and document issues.
