Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Bell and Door teams, ensuring seamless service.
• Oversee guest arrivals and departures, luggage handling, escorts and transportation coordination.
• Maintain an immaculate resort entrance experience reflecting Rosewood standards.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Transportation teams to support guest needs.
• Supervise and develop Bell Attendants and Doormen through coaching and performance feedback.
