Job summary

VaporVM in Oman seeks a Platform Engineer to support the Bank Digital Team by managing and enhancing the Branch Automation platform. Expertise in OCI, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, API integrations, and banking middleware is required.

You will document and maintain infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, provision OCI services with IaC, and ensure secure platform operations across banking systems including Temenos Infinity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Integration.
Experience in Banking or FinTech environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Discover, document, and maintain platform infrastructure, network topology, and system integrations.
Integrate and document APIs across banking systems, including Temenos Infinity (Quantum Fabric).
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Provision and manage OCI services using Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Manage Docker containers, Kubernetes (OKE), monitoring, logging, and platform security.
Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with development and business teams to support platform delivery.
