Job summary

Talent Arabia in Oman seeks an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to deploy and replace Digital Signature Pads, and provide IT support for peripherals, client PCs, and end users across multiple locations.

The role requires 3+ years of IT technical support experience, hands-on Windows 10, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and PC troubleshooting. Banking IT support experience is a plus; Oman driving licence and a graduate degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy Digital Signature Pads and IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and network connectivity issues.
• Deploy Windows OS images and configure client PCs in Active Directory environments.
• Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral technical support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory.
• Prepare deployment reports.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams.
• Provide technical support to end users.
