Qualifikationen

• MBA or equivalent by experience.
• 8-10 years in life insurance or financial institutions, bancassurance preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and relationship management in Oman.
• Ability to adopt AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Manage the insurance business in designated banks for all lines (Term Life, A&H, VUL).
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives of sales and market share.
• Train, guide, direct, support and manage the team of IA/IS and RMs.
• Explore opportunities for new channels, segments, industries.
• Align with MetLife strategy and cascade within the team; leverage AI analytics to boost sales.
