Job summary

Karwa Motors Engineering in Oman seeks an Automotive Electronic Electrical Engineer to lead embedded electronics development for bus chassis and body systems on the assembly line, ensuring quality, uptime and customer satisfaction while implementing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 standards.

You will supervise pneumatic wiring installation, drive project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lean processes, reduce cost, and maintain safety and CAD design rigor.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in automotive OEM in Electrical Projects Engineering.
Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Full expertise in CAD or 3D software for electrical projects.
Lean Manufacturing techniques experience.

Responsibilities

Operational responsibility for pneumatic amp wiring installation.
Drive the work from an operational perspective.
Develops and implements pneumatic amp wiring installation projects within the area of assignment.
Ensures design correctness and completeness for all pneumatic amp wiring installation releases.
Lead and motivate a team to success and ensure on-time deliveries.
