Job summary

Oman Investment Authority in Oman seeks a Process Engineer to study production activities, propose improvements in processes, equipment, and methods, and optimize labor and materials usage. You will work under the Engineering Manager to develop procedures and standards aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and EMS/OSHA requirements.

The role covers general process management, cost and time control, risk assessments, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years experience in Automobile OEM at Process Engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Production or Automobile Engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and ISO 9001 EMS/OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from the beginning to the startup and production certification.
• Evaluate processes, perform measurements and interpret data.
• Design, execute, test and update systems and processes.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality.
• Formulate process documentation and operating instructions.
