Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef with specialization in African cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of African culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create new dishes while staying true to traditional flavors.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage food inventory effectively.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities
