Job summary

Scomi Oiltools Oman LLC in Nizwa Industrial Area, Oman, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Drilling Fluids (DF) and Drilling Waste Management (DWM) portfolio in Oman.

You will develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, manage key client accounts, and coordinate with operations, technical, and finance teams to deliver projects and proposals. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years in Oil & Gas, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of technical sales and business development in Oil & Gas.
• Experience in Drilling Fluids and/or Drilling Waste Management preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales growth and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities and expand relationships with clients.
• Manage key customer accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Promote and grow DF and DWM products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions.
