A medium-sized engineering consultancy firm in Auckland is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead projects in Christchurch. The role involves overseeing design work, managing a team, and collaborating with clients. Candidates should have a recognised degree in Civil Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience. The company offers a strong remuneration package, annual performance bonuses, and opportunities for career progression.

- At least 7 years of New Zealand land development experience.
- Approaching or on track to becoming a Chartered Professional (CPEng).
- Demonstrated track record reviewing designs and providing wider QA.
- Extensive expertise in civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Experience with contract management and tendering claims.
Responsabilités
- Utilise AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce design calculations, drawings, and designs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand project requirements.
- Manage a team of engineers from a design and personal development perspective.
