About the Role

To support Chubb Life’s ambitious strategy in New Zealand we’re seeking a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in delivering strategic financial insights and guidance to support business decision‑making. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

In this key role you’ll
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and CA or equivalent qualified accountant.
  • Proven business partnering experience or similar transferrable experience in commercial accounting.
  • New to insurance? No problem. We’re looking for the best person for the role, so if you’re new to insurance, we’ll be by your side while you learn everything you need to know about the industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to add value and enhance processes.
