Placements24 is seeking a Youth Development Facilitator to design and deliver engaging programs for youth in Queenstown. The role combines on-site workshops with hybrid planning and administrative tasks to support life skills, education, and career guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, at least two years working with youth, and strong facilitation and mentoring abilities. Hybrid work arrangement and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working directly with youth.
• Experience in facilitation or mentorship roles.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, and facilitate workshops for youth aged 15-24.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to participants.
• Collaborate with schools and community centers to recruit youth.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback on development and engagement.
• Support youth-led community projects and logistics.
