Job summary

Poulter Group, a proud New Zealand family-owned business, is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support our Poulter Family Wines sales operations across New Zealand and export markets. You will manage day-to-day customer account administration, orders, pricing, promotions and reporting, acting as the critical link between customers and the Sales team.

You'll work closely with Head of Manufacturing and Sales, Territory Managers and Finance to ensure smooth order processing,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service or FMCG administration.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
• Experience managing customer orders, account information or sales administration would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, export orders and VMI replenishment orders.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer account queries and support requests.
• Process rebates, scan rebates, credits and reconciliations accurately in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer master data, pricing list files, customer records and templates.
• Maintain promotional calendars, schedules and pricing change communications.
• Resolve delivery issues, including non-delivery, damaged stock and shortages.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and commercial information to relevant parties.
• Provide ongoing support to Territory Managers and the Sales team.
• Support the Finance Team with reporting and administration.
