Job summary

WineWorks is seeking an Export Administrator to support the Warehouse and Distribution Team in Auckland, New Zealand. The role focuses on coordinating export movements, processing container documentation, and data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process discipline.

About the role

The ExportAdministrator provides essential administrative support to the Warehouseand Distribution Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and processing export movementsaccurately and efficiently
  • Preparing, checking, and maintaining containerdocumentation and records
  • Supporting dispatch processing and data entry
  • Responding to client queries and working closely withinternal teams and partners
  • Assisting with warehousing invoices when required
  • You will enjoy this role if you like working in aprocess-driven environment, collaborating with others, and takingownership of your work while being able to have a laugh with the team This is a structured, process‑driven rolethat will suit someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork, and getting thedetails right. This role is30 hours per week,Monday to Friday, 9.00am to3.30pm – with the ability for extra hours at times.
