Job summary

HR Focus is seeking a driven Sales Hunter for our Singapore logistics division. The role focuses on acquiring new freight forwarding and 3PL clients, building a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth across air, ocean, warehousing, and contract logistics.

You will develop opportunities, manage proposals, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Diploma or Degree in Sales or Logistics is required; bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ hunter sales experience in 3PL logistics or freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight services.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare proposals, respond to inquiries, and drive end-to-end sales process.
• Align expectations with vendors and provide market insights.
