New Zealand Red Cross is seeking a Channel Manager with responsibilities spanning supplier/ stakeholder relations, UX, accessibility, and digital integration. The role is part channel manager (managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, leading our work around accessibility, user experience, and integration with other channels), part content lead (overseeing the management of content, working to train and support a community of cover 50 content leads, plan for the future and ensure content is current, effective and engaging) and part technical lead (managing the delivery of ongoing development, managing platforms, systems and process and working closely with IT and others on wider digital transformation).
