As a New Zealand‑owned, member‑based organisation, we're building a future where wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do – delivering exceptional value for our members and creating an environment where our people thrive.
Now is an exciting time to join us. You'll be part of a high‑performing, values‑driven team where people are at the heart of everything we do – and in return for your talent, you'll have the opportunity to grow, make an impact, and be proud of the difference your work makes.

As a Software Engineer in our Integration Platforms team, you will be at the heart of our technical transformation. Our team builds, modernises, and operates the core foundational products, including the Identity Platform, API Gateways, Domain APIs, Shared Services, and Internal Integration Systems, that power the work of our entire internal engineering community.
Collaborating closely with Senior and Principal Engineers, you will bridge our proven on‑premises foundations with modern, cloud‑native capabilities on Microsoft Azure. You won’t just maintain the lights; you’ll play an active role in high‑impact initiatives like implementing enterprise API Management (APIM) and migrating mission‑critical integration workloads from legacy BizTalk to Azure Integration Services (AIS). It’s a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where your ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and champion engineering best practices will directly impact developer velocity and platform reliability across the organisation.
