Job summary

Customise Talent Partners is assisting a leading commercial property maintenance company to recruit a Technical Account Manager with strong waterproofing knowledge. You will work with clients to identify building defects and maintenance needs, then develop practical remedial solutions and project scopes.

Collaboration with operations, suppliers and project managers is essential to ensure accurate scoping and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Background in waterproofing, with exposure to roofing, building maintenance or remedial works.
• Strong knowledge of membrane systems and waterproofing remediation solutions.
• Ability to diagnose failures and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience preparing scopes of work, estimates or proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial property owners and asset managers.
• Conduct site inspections to assess waterproofing, roofing and building maintenance requirements.
• Investigate leaks, defects and remediation opportunities.
• Develop clear scopes of work and practical recommendations.
• Support pricing, quotations and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to identify suitable waterproofing systems.
• Ensure projects are clearly scoped and handed over to operations.
