Job summary

CablePrice (NZ) Ltd is seeking a proactive Service Contracts & Warranty Administrator to manage warranty tasks across the nationwide team. You will handle claims, maintain records, and support sales administration while coordinating with branches in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have automotive/heavy equipment admin experience, warranty coordination knowledge, and strong MS Office skills, thriving under pressure and delivering efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Heavy Equipment administration.
• Experience working as a warranty coordinator would be highly desirable.
• High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suits.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims & service contract work orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and business data.
• Assist with resolution of sales administration issues.
• Support the business with audit activities as required.
• Liaise with branches and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
