CablePrice (NZ) Ltd is seeking a proactive Service Contracts & Warranty Administrator to manage warranty tasks across the nationwide team. You will handle claims, maintain records, and support sales administration while coordinating with branches in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have automotive/heavy equipment admin experience, warranty coordination knowledge, and strong MS Office skills, thriving under pressure and delivering efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Heavy Equipment administration.
• Experience working as a warranty coordinator would be highly desirable.
• High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suits.

Service Contracts & Warranty Administrator

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available for a superstar administrator to join our team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation and organisation of all warranty tasks for our nationwide team. As part of the wider aftersales team, your day to day will find you working on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment where there is plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Ideally, we are after a highly motivated individual, with high personal standards and integrity, someone who is a people person and strives to provide exceptional support to their team.

Duties will include:

• Processing warranty claims & service contract work orders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and business data
• Assisting with the resolution of sales administration issues
• Supporting the business with audit activities as required
• Liaising with branches and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently

You will have:

• Experience in Automotive or Heavy Equipment administration
• Experience working as a warranty coordinator would be highly desirable
• High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suits
• The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
• Demonstrated problem-solving, logistics and/or service experience
