Job summary

CablePrice NZ Ltd is seeking an organised administrator to join the warranty team in Wellington, handling warranty claims and service contracts while keeping nationwide records accurate. You will support a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow, contributing to audit readiness and cross-branch collaboration.

This permanent, full-time role offers ongoing development, health cover, and a focus on reliable admin support within the aftersales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Heavy Equipment administration.
• Experience as a warranty coordinator is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written.
• High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Suits.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Processing warranty claims & service contract work orders.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and business data.
• Assisting with the resolution of sales administration issues.

• Processing warranty claims & service contract work orders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and business data

• Liaising with branches and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently

You will have:

• Experience in Automotive or Heavy Equipment administration
• Experience working as a warranty coordinator would be highly desirable

• The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment
