Job summary

Jenkins Freshpac Systems Ltd is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join the team on a fixed term basis from October through to May. This hands-on role covers receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, with emphasis on accuracy, safety and customer service.

You will also support stock control, freight coordination and warehouse compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in a similar warehouse role, with current forklift licence and reach hoist competency, MPI AP

Qualifications

  • 3+ years warehouse experience in a similar environment.
  • Current Forklift Licence/Endorsement and reach hoist competency.
  • MPI Approved Person (AP) Certification.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and ability to undertake regular manual handling and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and unloading inbound goods, accurately reconciling deliveries against documentation
  • Storing products efficiently to maximise warehouse space, accessibility, and stock rotation
  • Picking, packing, and preparing label products for dispatch with high accuracy
  • Material handling using forklift and reach hoist
  • Coordinate freight and courier bookings, ensuring timely deliveries
  • Prepare and complete all freight and dispatch documentation accurately
  • Loading products for transport and assist with local deliveries as required
  • Assisting with monthly stocktakes
  • Maintaining warehouse organisation to support efficient operations and stock control
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with BRC and company standards
  • Work closely with Customer Services teams to coordinate customer deliveries

About the role
