Job summary

Programmed GO is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Māngere, NZ to support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. The role involves stock movement, order picking, loading/unloading, and occasional forklift/hoist duties with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Offering Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–6:00 PM with onsite work and training, the position provides practical warehousing experience and a path to longer-term opportunities within a reputable logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners for stock and inventory management.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Hoist licence is an advantage.
• Paletising and moving stock safely.
• Maintain accurate stock movements and inventory.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe and organised.
• Follow all WHS procedures.

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Operators to support the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of stock and freight throughout the warehouse.

• Operating RF scanners/guns for stock and inventory management
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading stock and freight
• Operating PC ride-on warehouse vehicles
• Forklift operation where required
• Hoist operation - a Hoist Licence is an advantage
• Palletising and moving stock safely around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties and stock handling
• Maintaining accurate stock movements and inventory
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

You Will Need:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
• Forklift experience or a current forklift licence is an advantage
• Hoist experience or a current Hoist Licence is an advantage
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Valid work rights in New Zealand
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Reliable transport to and from work
