Job summary

EQUIP Recruitment in Auckland is seeking experienced warehouse staff for a fast-paced environment. The role involves hands-on duties with forklifts making up 10-20% of the work and daily dispatch preparation.

Applicants should hold a current forklift licence, have prior warehouse experience, be comfortable with physical work, and work well in a safety-conscious team. Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with NZ citizen or permanent resident requirements.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence (counterbalance, reach, or other forklift experience considered).
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and team‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing restaurant orders for daily dispatch.
• Operating reach and/or counterbalance forklifts.
• Using RF scanners and warehouse computer systems.
• Working in chiller and occasional freezer environments (additional freezer allowance paid).
• Loading/unloading trucks and devanning containers.
• Pallet wrapping (manual and machine).
• Stock replenishment for pick faces.
• Receiving and checking inbound goods.
• Heavy lifting and general warehouse maintenance.

We are looking for experienced candidates to fill Warehouse/Store positions within our client's team. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, with forklift driving making up 10-20% of the job.
