Linfox NZ is seeking a Warehouse Contracts Supervisor to join our Mangere site in Auckland. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, manage multiple customer contracts, and drive performance while upholding HSEQ standards.

You will act as the primary liaison for customers and carriers, deliver against service levels, and support contract administration and reporting across a busy distribution centre in New Zealand.

Qualificações

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, contract management, or operational supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehousing operations, inventory processes, and customer service delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet customer requirements, contractual obligations, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key operational and commercial performance metrics.

• Drive operational improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Champion Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards while supporting and guiding warehouse teams.

At Linfox NZ, we believe together, anything is possible. We're currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Warehouse Contracts Supervisor to join our busy multi-user distribution centre in Māngere.

Supporting a diverse customer portfolio across high-security and healthcare sectors, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, strong customer partnerships, and the successful delivery of contractual and service commitments. With approximately 15 customers onsite, each with unique requirements, you'll be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, driving performance outcomes, and supporting a safe, efficient, and high-performing operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer engagement, operational coordination, reporting, and operational improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
