Job summary

Vehicle Inspection NZ in Mosgiel is seeking a Vinning Assistant / Customer Service Officer to support vehicle certification processes. You will prepare client documentation and collect vehicle data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes hands-on tasks, attention to detail, and excellent service for internal and external customers. The team provides training and a positive work environment as part of VINZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum NCEA Level 2 or equivalent.
• Mechanically minded or experienced in vehicle component removal and refitment.
• A clean driver's license is essential.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation for VIN and certification processes.
